Thank you very much for your kind email sent through regarding Sassy. As you know she was a huge loss, as a pet & we regarded her to be very special. She has left an enormous void in her passing to our entire family. We cannot thank you in particular, your colleagues, the front office staff and the hospital staff for giving it all they had to help her, and for helping us, through this traumatic time.
Everyone went beyond what they had to do, I was quite frankly amazed. We cannot express in words how grateful we are,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for taking care of Bailey when we brought him in that evening and also for recommending the anti animal cruelty hospital. The morning after he was seen by your vet – there was a vast improvement to his health and I am extremely grateful for the compassion and love shown to us when everything seems to be going South. I have recommended you to as many people I had to speak to about Bailey and his recovery.
Extremely impressive service with passion and love which is so rare these days!!!!
May this hospital continue to thrive and thank you for everything.
Dear Dr Moore,
There are not enough words to thank you and everyone at Orange Grove Veterinary Hospital for all the special care, help and love that was shown to Oscar. A heartbreak about his kidneys, but you certainly did everything in your power to save him for which I am very grateful.
It was a very sad day for all of us, Oscar loved life and was always looking for a way to receive a treat or a new ball, example bringing the newspapers to us would only drop the paper when he saw he would receive his treat. He adored his special balls and loved running to catch them. He will be sorely missed and always remembered .
I wish you and everyone a very Happy and healthy 2017.
With warm regards,
Dear Dr. MacWilliam,
I work in the healthcare sector and have never seen such compassion and care as I have from you and your team. Decision to loose animals that have been in our lives are hard and heartbreaking especially when just one week before she was an active elderly dog. I miss her with all my heart.
Thank you for your care, may you be blessed for your kindness and compassion.
To all the doctors, assistants, receptionists and helpers,
Thank you so much for all the effort, concerns and healthcare that you gave in nursing me back to health. We are both so happy to be back home!
Dear Orange Grove Vet people
If you need someone to market your thriving and very fine practice, I’m a volunteer. Thank you for more than a decade of incomparable skill, real concern and warm friendliness from vets, admin staff and assistants. No-one could have looked after, better than you all have done, my lovely Alice dog or my strangely-named but most personable Grapey, who as he got older morphed from the antisocial into the pussycat and was known by everyone at your establishment.
Thank you all. I may need to borrow some neighbouring pets so that I have an excuse to pop in and say hi. You’re all wonderful.
Dear Dr Moore,
Thank you so much for your email – you really made us feel better about what had to be done. Thank you also, for your caring and support in looking after our furry children, now and over the past years – you really are a special man and doctor.
We wish you and your family a healthy, happy festive season and a wonderful 2017. Am sure we will see you soon.
Pam and Jonty
