Hi Dr Moore,
We would like to extend our deepest thanks to you, Dr McWilliam, Dr Romberg and the team for all your effort over the years in looking out for our beloved Bilbo. We know that his last days were difficult and that you were there for Bilbo, trying to do your best to see him through.
We are severely heartbroken and are struggling to accept that our little adventurer is no longer here. We immersed him completely in our lives and gave him the absolute best 8 and a bit years possible.
Bilbo enriched our lives and gave his all!We have so many wonderful memories, and so much love for him, and know that time will ease the grief, but we will always miss him and he is deeply embedded in our hearts forever.
We will continue the journey with our little Frodo, and will give him all the love and care that we can.
Kind regards,
Roman and TanjaDear Dr. Moore,
We really appreciate the message, it was the right decision for our beloved family member
Our family, including my late mom, are eternally grateful for the attentive service and wonderful treatment that you, and your dedicated staff, have provided over her life. Joy had a pretty good inning, almost 13 years, given her issues from a relatively young age.
Many thanks, JURGEN & KURT
Dear Dr. Moore,
I would like to thank you very much for all your care, effort, open communication, and compassion in how you assisted us with Robyn. Your help, expertise, and kindness are much appreciated, and I am so grateful I brought Robyn to you when I did.
You really are an animal whisperer and an inspiration in the way you handled all challenges of this case. You have given me peace of mind that every effort was taken to assist Robyn in her time of need.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you and for the generous financial relief.
Yours Sincerely, Nicky and Tracy.
“I have worked for Orange Grove Vet as an ultrasound consultant for a while now and always been in awe of the vets’ knowledge and efficient the way in which the practice runs. This week one of my own precious dogs fell critically ill, so I took him to the best vets I know and we got first-hand experience of the absolutely amazing service Orange Grove Vet offers. Both my Boy and our family have been treated with incredible compassion, patience, and professionalism by all the staff, but particularly Dr. Moore and Dr. Romberg. I do not have the words to express my gratitude to these amazing people. You truly are the best! Dr. Meagan Mansell
Thank you, Dr. MacWilliam, for the message and for your compassion yesterday. As hard as it was, it made it easier for me to accept that we did the right thing and put my baby out of his pain and suffering.
Kind regards Jeni
Dear Vanessa and all the staff at Orange Grove Vet,
This is just to say thank you to you guys for all the help you have given me. You have been (p)awesome!
My work with the ferals can sometimes be heart-breaking but you make it all worthwhile, with your terrific support and five-star treatment!
Purrs and love from
Astrid and all the kitties you help.
Dear Friends at Orange Grove Vet
I wish to thank each and every one of you for the unbelievable love, care, and support you have given to Zero from the moment of his first arrival on your doorstep more than ten years ago. You opened your hearts to him, and, as a consequence, I was blessed to see him grow from the wild and untamed thing that he was to the distinguished gentleman he grew to become.
I write this with both a deep sadness at his passing, and immeasurable happiness at the quality of life he enjoyed through our mutual endeavours. My thanks pale by comparison to the thanks that I know Zero would want to pass on to everyone at OGVH. I have attached a photo of Zero in his prime by way of a reminder of how fearsome a beast he was once upon a time.
With warmest regards,
Keith
Dear Dr. Keith,
Thank you for your kind words. I know you were trying your utmost to reassure us this morning of the decision.
However, it is a very difficult one to make including letting her go all on the same day. It also hurts that she did not know what was happening to her.
Here is Xiang Xiang’s photo to remind you in your later years of the good work you had done to help her and all the other pets. Xiang Xiang certainly had a lot of trust in you.
Good morning Keith
Thanks for everything you did for Cannabis (David and I); you were so compassionate and supportive during the whole process – especially yesterday. Thank you that she is at peace and that you spoke to me through the process so carefully.
Regards Clinton
Dear Dr. Keith,
Thank you so much for your amazing kindness and wonderful care in looking after Ricky, also in helping us make the very difficult but correct decision to euthanize Ricky. We are naturally heartbroken and were very torn, but realised this was about Ricky no longer suffering, but going in peace.
Please pass my very best on to Margie and all at Orange Grove Vet for the humanity and understanding that we have always received.
Stay safe and healthy. With heartfelt thanks
Peter and Paula
To All the staff at the Orange Grove Veterinary Hospital, I would like to say a huge thank you in appreciation for all the staff who got my dog Bila back on his feet.
It was like a miracle. The brilliant surgeons, veterinary nursing, general encouragement. None of this would have happened without your expertise.
When I looked out the window at my dog walker carrying my dog dripping in blood I thought he was a goner. Each visit I just imagined a dog that was no longer my special pet. Thankfully Bila is now back to his old self. My constant companion!
Who would have thought that those horrific photos I saw of Bila after his attack would result in him looking pretty normal again? So I’ m really grateful for everything all of you did. You all did your part in making him the same loving pet that he has always been.
Kind Regards
Judith
To whom it may concern,
I would just want to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Lara who saw my baby Nala on Sunday 18th. She picked up something while walking her from the floor which was obviously toxic and I brought her into Orange Grove in a complete and utter state. Lara attended to her and when she saw she was not improving she treated her immediately for suspected poisoning. The professionalism and empathy both from Lara and the receptionist were exceptional. Her advice to let her go to Bryanston Veterinary was the best decision we could have made to get 24-hour monitoring. I just want to say thank you to everyone concerned. I wish to use you as my Vet of choice going forward.
Best regards,
Elana
Hi Brian,
We want to thank you and your staff for all the effort and loving care you gave to Sultan, and for your assistance in helping us make this very painful decision.
He really was a very special part of our family, however, this illness together with age was too much….at least he is out of pain and at rest.
Once again we appreciate your professionalism and care.
Regards,
Stan & Family
Dear David,
Thank you for your kindness and compassion. Please pass on our gratitude to Keith, Brian and everyone else at OGVH who knew and was always so kind to Gabriel. Yes, he was certainly was a very special dog. I wish I could bottle his wonderful, unfailing happy outlook which he shared with all of us. We really miss him very much.
Regards
Jonathan
Dear David
Once again my family and I would like to sincerely thank you for your incredible professionalism, care and concern for Bella and our pets. Although it is hard to lose a pet, I also know that these losses must also be hard on you and your team, we are honoured that we were able to share Bella’s life with you through the good and the bad.
Regards
Craig
Dear Brian and members of staff , many thanks for your condolences on Kitke’s passing. His memory will always be with us as he was like our 4th child. We will always be eternally grateful for the empathy you all showed during his times of treatment which made the transition at the end so much easier knowing he went in peace and he was at peace. Best wishes Steve & Paula
